We realize that with our busy lives it is easy to forget to take care of ourselves. A breast self-exam does not take long and helps us keep in touch with our bodies. We are pleased to now offer a FREE monthly breast self-exam reminder. Early detection is key to surviving breast cancer and often women find issues in between doctor’s visits. Each month you will receive an email that explains a way to examine your breasts as well as an article about the latest updates.

  • Early detection is the key to surviving breast cancer. Establishing a regular breast self-exam is very important.
  • Breast self-exams (BSE) help you to be familiar with how your breasts look and feel so you can alert your healthcare professional if there are any changes.
  • Each month we will send you an email with a description of how to do a breast self-exam and a brief write-up about the latest in breast cancer news.
  • Remind Me - It's Free
