At this time of uncertainty, we are carefully monitoring the rapid evolution of the public health situation around COVID – 19 (coronavirus), The health of our patients, staff and community statewide is our highest priority. We are taking all measures to make sure our facilities are constantly sanitized according to the CDC guidelines that have been provided. With full hearts and resilience, we are OPEN and fully staffed to meet the daily healthcare needs of our local community and will remain so until we are forced to make alternative plans. This is our calling and we will rise to the occasion as we have many times before in these situations.
As a precaution we will take the following precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of those that walk through our doors:
IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS we ask that you CALL YOUR TELEPROVIDER or the CDC HOTLINE AT 1-800-CDC-INFO (1-800-232-4636) BEFORE entering our facility so we can make sure you receive the proper instructions on how and where you can be tested for the virus:
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
If you or your family has been out of the US and/or has been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected carrier of the COVID-19 virus you MUST call the HOTLINE above or visit the Center for Disease Control website at https://wwwn.cdc.gov/dcs/ for instructions on where to go to have you and your family tested and specific information on conducting a 14-day quarantine .
We are encouraging our staff and patients to protect their health and the health of others by staying informed and following these guidelines.
